The following tours/programs have condensed files that include links, content standards and other resources.

Guided Tour: National Road/Zane Grey Museum (September, October, April, and May) (244 k)
Following an orientation video, students will learn how the National Road was built and how it evolved through the next 100 years. This story is placed in a broader context to show students how changing modes of transportation affected business, families, and the nations growth. Groups of 60 or more students will be divided.

Program: Paving the Way West (September, October, April, and May) (1,004 k)
Students learn the history of the National Road and then are divided to participate in a construction of the National Road of stone materials or brick materials. After completion, they will return to the classroom to recap the experience.

Program: National Road Puzzle (420 k)
Students are challenged to find out how much they know about the National Road construction and its use through time.
