Outreach Program: Licking County Natural and Historical Sites (103 k)
This program brings the rich pre-historic history of Licking County to your students. It emphasizes the importance of how Flint Ridge has attracted people for thousands of years to quarry its abundant supply of rich flint. Additionally, the great geometric earthworks located in Newark are analyzed and discussed. This outreach Program can be presented in your classroom if you are within a 45-mile radius of Flint Ridge.
